Privacy notice

Draft, to be confirmed by the operator before the form goes live. This notice says what this site collects, where it goes and how long it stays. The controller is the operator of a9script, named in the imprint.

This site

The site is static. It sets no cookie, loads nothing from a third party, and carries no analytics. Your theme choice (light or dark) is kept in your own browser’s storage and never sent anywhere. The web server behind the site keeps an ordinary access log — address, time, page — to run the service; it is rotated and not used to identify visitors.

Asking for a tenant

You ask for a tenant by writing a mail to office@lengauer.biz. The mail — your address, your name and whatever you chose to tell us — is read by the operator, who creates your tenant by hand and sends you an invitation from the platform’s own mail account. Your mail is kept until your tenant exists or your request is declined, and deleted then. Nothing about the request is written to a database.

Your tenant

Everything you put into your tenant — connections, credentials, scripts, runs, files, staged data — is yours, stored on one server in Germany, and read by the operator only when you ask for help with it or when the platform’s own operation requires it. Registered secrets are encrypted at rest; scripts, configuration, run records and datasets are stored in plain form on the volume, which is encrypted at the disk.

Two trails are kept. The record of who changed what in your tenant is never pruned by age. The record of what ran is kept for 365 days. Both are append-only and tamper-evident.

When you leave

Deleting your tenant removes configuration, history, credentials, runs, files and staged data on every machine of the installation. The two trails stay as described above. A backup taken before the deletion restores the tenant whole and is aged out after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to office@lengauer.biz. Where the law names a supervisory authority, you can complain to it.
